That's why we offer spacious 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom floor plans to fit your needs. Once you pick your ideal floor plan, you can choose between our Standard and Premium apartments. Premium units may come at a slightly higher price, but they definitely elevate your UGA student lifestyle.

  • Standard | Select the Standard option, and your new home will feature traditional cabinetry and solid-surface countertops.  ​​ ​
  • ​Premium | Select the Premium option, and your new home will have upgraded granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and newer fixtures/finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms.
